OK I just came off PPT and tried to go farming and it looks like the whole world in on PPT..... BUT their NOT

I have no Quick Attack / Raid / Spy buttons on my attack page

Does anyone else have this problem ?

Solution:

Check Graphics in User Preferences and make sure they are turned on

Just switched them on and the buttons are back.

Do these reset with ascensions then, or did the former owner really play without quick buttons ?

Na, they stay the same. Unless you choose how to have it.
