Why do Goaulds/system lords pawn all other races?

Well, I must say, these are the following prices I got offered by the Lucian galactis pawn shop,

Tok'ra = 1000 Shes'tas
Wraith = 900 Shes'tas
Furling = 800 Shes'tas
Nox = 700 Shes'tas
Retu = 600 Shes'tas
Asuran = 550 Shes'tas
Ancient = 400 Shes'tas (non ascended per se)
Tollan = 300 Shes'tas
Asgard = 150 Shes'tas
Replicator = 100 Shes'tas (with a valid MOT I may add)
Una = 80 Shes'tas
Tauri = 20 Shesh'ti
others = @ market price or on the day value

1 Shes'tas = 60 Shesh'ti


So you see, we do pawn other races. The Lucian chap who runs the store says he is the only pawn shop in the milky way and the only visitors he get are Goauld either selling or buying.

Wow, I answered my own question. But thats not surprising I am a god after all

(And yes, he has a brother who owns one in the Pegasus Galaxay, but seems that the only race that bring him anything is the wraith, but they are normally dead when they bring them into his shop. They never learn )

He did try to set up in the Ida galaxy but those pesky replis kept stealing from his shop

As for the Ori galaxy, well he spent more time chanting then doing work
damn priors

Oh, Vishnu, when you do visit him again, ask him if he's aware of the huge market potential in the Andromeda, Xenophon, Triangulum and Au'teshke' galaxies.
Have to admit that a few trillion people do bring down pawn prices..

Probably because they're the closest thing to a Goa'uld on that list.

anatomically, yes...

The Tok'ra are not close to the goauld. The Tok'ra are sholvas, spawn from Egeria.
The Tok'ra are worth more, just because they provide greater amusement when being tortured
