I hoping it will include some of the 1st Cylon war, it already git upto the creation of the 1st Cylon and explained where their 'One God' concept came from.
The political side should be good too, obviously the colonies were not equal, did not agree on stuff and were far from 'Trek' style perfect enlightened societies, far more realistic.

They're not going to, so don't get your hopes up. This is supposed to be more about everyday life on Caprica as opposed to what BSG was.
Outline
Whereas the dark, post-apocalyptic reimagined series revolved around a final struggle for survival, Caprica is concerned with a world intoxicated by success. Ronald D. Moore states: "It's about a society that's running out of control with a wild eyed glint in its eye."[7] The Twelve Colonies are at their peak: self-involved, oblivious, and mesmerized by the seemingly unlimited promise of technology. Framed by the conflict between the Adamas and the Graystones over the resurrection of loved ones lost in an act of terrorism, the series will explore ethical implications of advances in artificial intelligence and robotics.[3]
Set against the backdrop of a society with technology ahead of our own, Caprica is grounded in urban locales rather than in space, and focuses on corporate, political, familial, and personal intrigue. With the troubled relationship between two families at its center, Moore himself has likened Caprica to the 1980s prime time soap opera Dallas, and it has been referred to as "television's first science fiction family saga".[9]
ok well I really dont undertnad what they are doing now..
they goahead and announce a new battlestar galatica series.. called Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome. set 10 years into the first war.. This is btw 20 years after teh events of caprica.. I dont understand why they just dont carry caprica to that series by redoing the last 5 episodes of season 1. Doesnt make any sense to me. And they are hiring Ronald D Moor again...... whats the point?
perhaps they should just remake an adventure after battlestar.. because we already know whats going to happen before it happens in these prequels.

Well, it's over! I thought the Season Finale was pretttttyyyyy goooood. The show overall was pretty good too I thought, shouldn't have ended but well we know how SyFy is. Only good shows are Wrestling, Ghost Hunters, and crappy movies!

why should they care about established fan bases for shows they have, when they can take fan bases from shows they do not have, and replace the fans of the shows they canceled?
