ok so he set me to war and was planning on farming me i sent him a message you farm me you get massed that simple he responds you mass me i mass your alliance ..
so terms
150 bil defence at log in
no officers
both respected alliances will stay out of it
no planets
war will last for 1 week
no ascended
everything elese fair game
he massed me already he got about 2.3mil covs and about 2.5mil def sups. and he untrained his cov becuz i couldnt see him when i was fully armed
i massed him got about 1.5mil def sups and 500k ish spys
let the fun begin.
