a guy is wanting to join me as one of my officers but it comes up that he is to young? something along this lines does this sorta mean he is to low down the ranking or what?? if so what rank is he not to young?

i think a new player must play for a week before he can become anyone's officer.

You know... I though to myself, a long while ago,
"I bet, after i've answered these four simmilar questions, in less than a week it's going to get asked again"

But yes... your friend needs to play for around a week, advance in rank, attack, spy, sab, raise their UP, train units... I.e. Do all the stuff an active acount would.

You will not be able to send them resources by SS either.

actually, i've managed to send resources to someone still on their new account ppt.

it depends on how active they are. and what they do.

Is there any sort of set guide line to that? I am trying to pick up a new officer right now myself.
