Built a few stats.. I know their not the best.. but im certain there arent 2000 people with higher defence.. or 1300people with higher AC..
Something dodgy in the rankings?

I have come to the same conclusion, considering my galactic rank keeps getting worse each turn
Offense 131,000 Ranked: 3
Defense 262,000 Ranked: 2,023
Covert 612 Ranked: 3
Anti-Covert 2,102 Ranked 240
MotherShip Action 0 Ranked: 1

The top ranks are all tauri/asgard. Something to do with that maybe?
I cant spy them without dropping PPT.. so not sure

the top ranks all look to be inactive, they all have exactly the same naq out lol
