This is not so much if people like me or not, i can guess who does, who doesnt and who doesnt care at all. And i dont care myself.
And neither do i care if you feel this is attention seeking. If the other stupid threads about people liking them or not had not been created then you would not be saying this is about me asking the same thing.

Where did i ask your opinion about how you feel about me?
Im asking if people think ME hunting is a good thing or not and whether i should take it up. I would feel guility doing it if most people here abhorred it.

sorry Jim I wasn't taking a stab at you buddy personally I could care less if you go ME hunting or not

its my contention that all this asking the community crap is ridiculous, you know how you feel, and you know what you want to do, so go with what you feel is right do not rely on other people to dictate the way you play the game

And no i dont know how i feel. I enjoy massing for ME but I have a guilty conscience afterwards so its a toss up

It's harder to not ME hunt, then to ME hunt.

More people are after ME, then not.

You decide for yourself. Only listening to the public will be your downfall.

I believe you should not mess with people that you know quite well have no intention of fighting back,
unless you have a military, economic, or political reason for doing so.

I do not think that means you have to restrict yourself to "fun", pre-set wars,

or wars against powerful people with little defense...


I know quite well that a lot of the people who have hit me or my friends for naq are quite up to the challenge of you,
and they still have a sizable defense, covert, planets to steal, etc.


find a player "type" that you wish to war against,
and find a decent military or economic reason...
naq, planets, raid-able units...

or a grudge from 3 years ago that was never settled to your satisfaction...

but please don't try to mess with people's heads for the shear joy of upsetting a person whose ID number you picked out of a hat...

to be honest, I think Jedi~Tank's massing of people earning more than 1 G&R per turn was actually a fairly feasible reason...

I'm not sure it would have passed my test,

but it had a definite purpose...
there was a warning on the forums...
and there was a way to avoid getting trapped in that dragnet...

and it was more credible because Jedi~Tank and company had the will and the ability to carry it out to the fullest,
so that their goal was met:
only they and their allies were earning 5 G&R per turn...

above all, please don't pick on the little tikes who just got here,
and don't have the means to recover.
