I dont think I could, I think Id rather die that hurt another human being intentionally.

Maybe if real desperate amputate a bit, like a hand or foot. In hopes of a rescue.

Think Id go insane at the thought of someone dying so I could live.

If he's dead you might as well slash yer own throat because you'll die of prolly 5-6 stomach diseases days later...

Ashu, many human nationalities have been known to be cannibalistic in the past, I think even the Russians resorted to selling human flesh during ww1 (not 100% sure on that one).

I agree if guy next to me has been dead for a few days/weeks I wouldnt be risking it..at the same time I don't think I'm the kind of person that could kill another for my own self gain...

I remember a few yrs back there was a japanese student that advertised he wanted to eat human flesh, someone was willing for him to kill them so he did. I think he went to jail for it, but got released not long after.

Being female I also have another option, which if this senerio was to happen I'd ideally be pregnant or breast feeding and could survive of my own milk.

Well well...I'd rather go eating rats or local animals in the island than eating human...

Even worse than eating deer/dog etc penises like some chinese people do if you ask me to eat humans..

The question is..how would you know when to be pregnant? Dun dun dun.

- the energy to produce that milk is greater than the energy that you'd gain by eating it... so, from energetic view, it's useless to do it.


As about canibalism, i would never do it, even if i'd starve to death.

There are many incidences of historical cannibalism for many reasons ...

and yes there are very specific diseases associated with eating the human proteins similar to MAD cow and for the same reasons.

It is my assumption that Humans would taste like Pork a white meat.

Humans however are the most toxic creatures on earth so one would want to stay away from the liver , brain and other internal organs.

fyi I would not randomly eat human flesh.

I do believe that I would in extreme survival situation prepare and provide a tasty meal

hopefully it would be Buck beside me on the plane nom nom nom.
