Fun War Rule Idea

New Idea for Fun war rules:
No min or max defense as such, But:
You cannot mass unless your defense is above 200b. If you are seen to make an attack with your defense at 150b or lower you are disqualified. Attacks are to cease at 200b defense. 50b leeway is given just in case.
Once you reach 0 defense you are OUT and can not mass or sab in that round again.
Each player can set no higher than Nox Medium. I believe this gives 3 seconds between attacks. This should slow the game down away from the usual 5second online battles with no nox, but will be a lot quicker than the usual hour long online battles with Nox crit on.
Thoughts on this?
These rules will make online battles a lot more tactical in my opinion. You will have to build a defense capable of withstanding long enough and not going below 200b. People will need to retrain defense troops so gives option of people raiding you.
The battle will be medium speed so will not be over in seconds to allow decent amount of tactics, but will not drawn on so will not consist of clicking one button over and over.
If teams are involved clear and good communication will be needed. You will need to take peoples defenses to 0 to get them out, while making sure yours does not drop below 200b. If you see somebody's defense dropping below 200b you can ask teamates to raid mass them as well as you massing normally to stop them getting back above 200b so they cant hit you back.
So what do people think?
