Sig challenge - Big reward

1. What form of graphics are you after?
I'm looking for a sig
2. Ideally, would you like it to be animated?
Yes, definitely animated, looking for the first 15 or so seconds of this video to be the animation http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ztecwfpsZbA
3. Is there a particular size (dimensions) you would like the work to be?
450 x 150 pixels prefferably
4. Is there a preferred theme, character (s), person, object (s) etc?
Vamp from Metal Gear Solid 2 is the basic theme of the sig
5. Any preferred colour theme?
See video for a general idea
6. What text would you like on the piece?

7. How much do you wish to pay?
It's up to the artist to decide, I'm willing to pay up to 3T for the sig if it's done awesomely
