Can't fix weapons or buy new ones

I was anxious to his my farms after the long day of ppt for the enhancements, after my first hit i was going to buy weapons and fix my attack weapons but none of it would work even though i didn't get booted out because the system was loaded down, it still will not allow me to fix my weapons. i don't know if it's just me or if everyone else is have similar problems. could you please look into this. ingame is same as here. thanks.

its because too many people are in the armory buying weaps

I was stuck with over 1bil naq open that I lost to following attacks cos I couldn't bank or spend it thanks to this bug!
