You can still attack deleted accounts?
I didn't think that you were able to... but that lesson cost me 3300 UU...
Just did 1AT to see if you could, so all be warned don't try it, deleted accounts still have stats!!

Yes, you can attack deleted accounts for as long as their in your logs, or you can click their name, but it's usually a waste of turns and resources to do so seeing as they stop producing...
Banned accounts however, aren't attackable.
