Is there a purpose for the 3 character minimum, rather than say..2? Like to prevent bots or whatever?.. I only ask out of the selfish desire for my forum name to finally match my ingame..

As you're obviously not a bot, and have been posting here for some time, you could try petitioning the admin to change your name themselves as an exception to the general rule.

Su had the same problem once, I suppose? Because he's "Su", "Ra" should be possible too..

Well, as I see no problems with that, now you can use 2 char usernames.
