This guy approached me cause he saw I was buying an account for my friend. I've done some digging and saw his name mentioned as someone who wanted to hack. Anyways, here's the chat log and it's up to Mark to decide whether he is a multi or not.

So all accounts in question are the following:

The accounts from the guy who might be Toruk (note only 2 characters different, and Toruk was reported as a scammer, Tarak claims to know him):

All Taruk's accounts are on PPT, appear to be as shells (which brings you to the conclusion that they are used to feed main account), while Tarak's accounts are on vac mode and shells thus they were probably used to feed main account at one point or another..

I have delt with mark in the past as well as Sue to get
IP acception for me and my commonlaw.
She has since stoped playing and I sold her acc.

So I continue to buy and sell. Making a bit of a profit each time.
I do not play the acc's in question OTHER then 87444

1) Only one account per person, per game server.

I believe having multiple accounts, even if you do not log in in them on regularly basis, is still having multiple accounts and breaks the Game Rules.

Well mate having 1 account on vac and playing one because you just bought it and didn't get a hold of the guy you wanna sell your account to, or haven't found one yet, isn't very odd, but this is quite different with so many accounts.
I could then, in theory, get my brother to start an account and each time he ascends it he'd sell it and give the resources from sale & the ones he already had on account to me. I don't see how different is this than having multiple accounts by yourself and feeding your main account with the rest of them, after all the end result is the same, isn't it?

I can see that, but as SS said, as long as the acc's are not being played.
there are no rules being broken.

I am not taking UU from the other acc's although I do have access to them.
I am not taking Naq, Planets, or Turns. I am simply spending ay 80M uu to get it. And selling it for a small profit, Depending on the person.
Sometimes it takes a long time to get a sale, some times its right away.
I am in a sence benifiting from another acc. But the benifit is not comming off that account. By the rules of the game, that is not illigal.

Exactly, if you werent happy about doing a deal with tarak all you had to say was NO. I cant see any problems with what is happening here and dont think he is the only person that does it.

I once reported someone I definately know had 2 accounts.. I was told if one was on vac then it didn't violate the rules... (btw the other account wasn't on vac, but sat in the ranks unused for a while until the guy went back to it)

So it would seem, as long as you only have one account active at a time, thats fine.

I don't see how not logining in that account, ever, makes me a multi? I clearly will not be the one using the account, or having login details to it. Don't you think that there's something suspicious when someone adds you and gives you 4 accounts to choose from, all belonging to him, which one do you wanna buy?

Meh I didn't know since when reporting someone because there's something fishy makes you look bad, but it apparently isn't worth to even get Mark to check these kind of people anymore.

Lets all encourage multying and cheating now, woohooh, Mark should now give presents to those that cheat instead of banning them

I have no problem but from what Ive read in this thread tarak has done nothing wrong. As he has told you he does not use these accounts or never has done, he mearly buys them from 1 person and sells them to another (middle man) so basicly hes doing exactly the same thing you are but just on a bigger scale.
