they were bad ass and most people feared them and did there best not to hit them because of the scare tactics that were used....

those who declares the crappy policy are **Filtered** , the alliance put fear by massing and chasing the enemy

well you get the empires these days if you mass one alliance theirs a chance you will get massed with all

See now that is something i would respect. Rather then making a legit naq hit (most consider >10% of their defense), and then having someone else in the alliance mass you, cause you attacked the alliance

actualy there is a simple math for calcing how muhc it is profitable to hit OE for:

naq out - (your hit losses + the cost of your defence, spys and atack weapons) = profit

Hmm.. of course one would sell their strike and defence, and untrain their spies after a good, substantial hit on OE.

cant say as I fear any alliance or any player.

It's a sad fact that resources are too easy to replace. It use to be that being massed would set you back quite a way, for some it sets them back less then 1 turn
