player id = 16922 ( Zhou )
He has a tons of attack turns all the time, and i cant see if hes buying ATs at the forum. I suspect he has multiple accounts, furthermore, he has unreal stats compared to his account.
I request an investigation on him.

so far nothing said to warrant a check. insane turns is hardly a good reason nor is having stats (especially with how cheap resources are these days).

Zhou has used money to get his PPT's and stuff. Prolyl how he get's AT's. And the amount he farms off you guys its not hard for him to buy more AT's.

i think he has ex OE account, which was already built in OE. hes using black market and using money to buy turns and units - i can confirm it cuse was watching his account one week almost every one hour while i was online. If you want to satrt investication than sorry, you must be dumb to acuse him. I think mH is that account's former allaince.
