Minimum Deffence - 200 bill, deffence to be built at least once every 24hours.

2 naq hits sepperate people over 150 bill from 30 turns then one more on each for over 30bill naq a hit that was all .... anyway infected massed me lol would have expected a PM... he realised i had no deffence so stopped for a while, (later he realised if i had no deffence undercover agents could be killed) we started talking and i said that if he gave me a few days, we could have a friendly vendetta, he agreed we agreed on terms

I normally give people a PM if they hit us once or twice, but when you farm or raid DXI it becomes a different story
