HTML lag incorrect...

Time to Load Page lag.php at 3:11 : 0.000428 seconds
It took the better part of 2 minutes to load this page...
I sat there waiting...

I was checking the HTML lag page because my Attack Page had spent the better part of the previous 3 minutes failing to load...
and previous Attack Pages had also been somewhat slow...
I successfully reloaded these forums as well as my alliance forums several times on my 10 Mbps connection with my 3.33Ghz processor
while I was waiting for both the attack page and the HTML lag page to load...
(either of them would have suited me at the time...
)
