harchester got permabanned

i posted he made a personal assault which i ment as a joke

but ofcourse the mod did not see it this way

he was on his 8th warning prior to this

so its my fault not his

if you can see it in your heart to un ban him please

the 8 warnings before this was not warning enough for him to realize he should stop??

it was pretty much my fault for getting him banned for posting that

i said it was a personal insult i was kidding

then he got banned what more can i do ?

rule 5,C is the one that says no personal attacks on another member.

while most are hard to spot unless they're serious, one was called in the thread in question.

now, Snipes says that the post in question was a joke, yet earlier in the thread Snipes masked. the masking earlier in the thread made me believe it was not merely as "friendly" as he's been making it out to be.

in the incident in question, i issued two warnings, and locked the thread.
Snipes for masking
Harch for a personal insult
and the thread for their continued flame war.

i might've given harch a verbal warning, but i found out that a GM said no more verbal warnings, thus a full warning was given. it was after it was issued, that i found out it was harch's Ninth.

He didn't get the warning because you thought or apparently jokingly said it was a personal insult. Moderators do have minds of their own despite common belief.

so basicaly no one cane joke around with threre friend on the forums anymore? it was obvious that it was a joke not an insult there in the same allaince and calling a person "fat" how is that even an attack u make it seem like harch was liek
