Hmm biggest army i have seen is roughly 620mill.

Biggest UP's are like 3mill TOTAL probably.
Defences obviously vary on play style.
Same with strike. I had rank 1 tho with 17trill not too long ago.
Decent covert level is like 33+
1T MS is average.
25k UU per 15turns should be minimum you hit for.
I'd say no less than 20bill with 12AT's on 0def for naq.

That's obviously all from my POV.

I would say that 1tril MS is still above average...average would be around 400bil without fleets just because a fair amount have 1tril MS doesnt mean it is average just that you hear about them more often

The plague is about 1mUU/day lost. I'm unsure if it goes up based on size

it goes up as you get bigger but i dont know the calculation for it
