I didn't really understand that part...I think it's bit important topic though...and it concerns the gameplay of concerned people as well.

Wouldn't they already know? Since it's on TV, since it happens every year, and most clocks already adapt automatically?

It happens every year, but not on same date..
My mobile I have to change manually, same for my room clock...only my laptop changes automatically. Not everybody is 'modern', hehe.
