Yeah, been this way for a few days now, we reported it on the bugs forum so hopefully it'll get fixed asap.

No idea really, the Admin has been very busy this last week as he put in a fairly major patch and it had a ton of bugs he's still working on fixing. Most of the worst bugs are sorted so i'm fairly hopefuly the sign up will be fixed in a few days at most, but please bear in mind this is just a guess though
