There is a 14 day rest period between ascensions. Before then you are too weak....
the problem is now its 14 days befor i ascended but still cant ascend ?
so whats wrong ?

It's a 14 day rest period to the second as most likely when you ascend a time stamp is made by your account then the given restriction (14 * 24 * 60 * 60 ) then you can't ascend until current time > time stamp

it usually works if you waint until like the turn change after youve ascended 14 days prior.

yup works the same with sending your MS out like if its due back at 15:25 game time you can't use your MS until after Turn change so an extra 5min.
the rubbish thing is mine was due back 1min after turn change
so a whole 29min i had to wait for 24h 30min

Turn change does not effect this. The cooldown period is EXACTLY 14 days, 0 hours, 0 minutes and 0 seconds.
