Emergency Vac mode button

I know of 2 people who have had to email admin in the past and have there account put on vac mode for something that has come up,
Regardless of who you are or what alliance your in at some point there will be a time where something will happen that will require you to be on vac mode pretty much instantly,
I suggest that there be a button in the user preferences page that will put your account instantly on vac mode, regardless or attacks/PPT, this option should only be available 1 time, then it is not available for 6 months, from the time you come off vac mode ( this prevents abuse ), the minimum time that it sets should be 14 days, meaning you cannot log in before 14 days are up, i figure if its that important to use this option, 14 days is a fair time.
The option should not be available to accounts that are over 3 months old, so stop someone building a multi to instant vac mode after a hit.
