commander/officer suggestion

I get nervous when I see my officer has naq out in the open, and I know they're active, just not able to check their account. My suggestion is to make a function for commanders to be able to be able to bank naq for their officers.

ah i doubt it but maybe a take the naq button ATLEAST LET ME ATTACK THEM FOR THEM!!!

bad idea, you get a couple of friends making it so you have one online at all times... then you are kinda unhittable, as you could just bank any income you'd get.
