Sirene - 1954461 had been banned

I'm writing instead of her, because she speaks german better than english.
I'm the leader of her alliance and I hope this doesn't mean any problems.
So... when she tried to log in about 13 hours ago, she got this error message:
She was massed a few days ago, after that she bought a ppt.
Also, She was still able to log in yesterday, at that time she didn't noticed any wierd things such as negative naq or uu, but as she was on ppt she was not too active in the last days.
