my post had nothing to do with people online but more with the fact dean's friend was not massed

Its not just that no one masses but the fact that you can train a little amount and easily be under 1k rank, and how attacking/destroying military is calculated that its an extreme waste of turns to actually mass someone with the minimum amount of stats to be under that rank. The smallest amount i have seen on was probably about 6

Below 2.5k rank (right?) is good for gathering GTs...

exactly hence why no one masses/can mass and why dean_S's friend was still ranked 60 ish

I find it hard to believe, unless Dean's friends had absolutely no income.

i dont. Having even stats easily gets you a low rank, pump the defence to 80 quad and assass to 200-300 trill and you can just sit there forever.

Are your sure about that? I used to farm with an 80Q + rankmod strike before my strike got massed a few weeks ago. And 200-300Trill assassin isn't really much nowadays.

depends i guess. But during the war i noticed one of SU sitting in crap all (100 trill assass, 30 quad def and nothing else special) and was rank 200.

why would anyone have rank or income in ascended?

low rank means fewer AT, and why have any income when you can sit with 0 stats and farm all you need from inactives and never give anyone anything to kill?
