with everything comming to an end

hey everyone,
with my 2nd term as ombudsman over i would like to say a couple of words. due to some problems in real life lately (losing some ppl dear to me) i have been fairly swamped. this means i haven't writen up a speech yet so this is sorta a first draft so don't blame me for forgetting something or someone.
like i said in the last elections, this would be my last term and i have honoured that promise. as a person i would have never taken on a tirth term anyways sincei feel o drained and think i would lose my neutrality in a 3th term, i have seen alot and i think i would start prejudging ppl somewhere down the line. anyways
first off all i would like to thank everyone on the forum for giving me this opertunity to learn and to pass on what i've learned to jim. if it hand't been for the ppl voting for me i would have never been here and i hope i did what you all expected from me.
this term i would like to say a special thanks to jim. mate you did well and you stepped up alot the last few months. you took your time to learn the trade and you have acomplished or not. wheter or not you win this election it doesn't mather to me, you made me proud and i certainly made the right choice picking you as understudy, cudos
to the admins i would like to say a couple words. in general i have worked with alot of you : baszy,robe,lore,buck,mordack,zera and the last adition eary. i'm sorry for my special way of getting things done, i know it must have ben frustrating ad alot of times. i know i can be pushy and want things done fast, lets call it a character flaw. i know you all are busy ppl and know that if we ever had words about anything or gave you guys a snap comment know it was never ment as you as a person. realy apreciate the time you guys put in it. it's a extremly hard job to do wich i could never do.
baszy: you are probebly the most underestimated person on the entire forum, ppl rarely see the work you do but you truely got what you deserved when earning the staf member of the year award. good luck with the move to sweden and enjoy your personal time with your girlfriend. i hope the 2 of you grow old togheter
robe: you probebly were the admin who was under the most presure by the mods, and yo did it ad the hardest time of the server war. i think noone can count how many times you've been called bias but know you were always fair. as ombusman i had the pleasure of working with you and seeing that those stupid gossip was never based on any facts.
buck: your the buckster, what else needs to be said ?

lore: one of the forum greats, i think your one of the wisest ppl i have ever met, i truely regret you not having the time anymore to be admin cuz you were a great inspiration to alot of us
mordack: even tough your term was short and we had our confrontations know i always loved the intelectual chalanges. i don't know wheter you win the elections or no but of you do i'm sure you will do great. the forum needs ppl like you
zera: dude your freacking nuts, keep up spreading the MPD and keep those zerlings togheter mate, your doing a good job as admin altough like i told you before, show your own opinion more, regardless of what other ppl say. don't be afraid to be the first. there is no need to you are good enough to make your own correct descisions
eary:we have come to talk on msn alot and i realy apreciate the talks. your doing good and the more you focus on being admin instead of GM the better thingd will go. the future of the forum is in good hands with you.
now to another very important part of the forum. the mods. gosh i think i have worked with nearly every bloody mod for the past year. ppl don't realy know how hard your job is and until they ever do it they will never know. we have had our differences of opinions but that doesn't mean i never respected you guys. we all like to defend our opinions and i like that more in a person then someone who doesn't stand up for what he believes in. keep on doing the good work and please don't give those nice ombuds ppl to much work
and a last word to everyone on the forum:
please sometimes you all need to take astep back, look ad what your doing and ask yourself: what am i truely doing ? do not post out of impuls or anger. know that we are all ppl trying to enjoy a game. take it less serious and don't complain about everything that hanges or is done. when there is a problem try and solve it by a discussion ith content, not a shouting match. ad the end of the day there are more important things. real life, your friends famely and loved ones. do not let a forum or a game directly influence your life or mood. let ths be a happy place where ppl can come and have some fun and leave with a smyle on their faces. i know it's hard and there are alot of ppl and alot f ideas. you will not like everyone and you will not agree to everything. just know that sometimes it's not worth it. sometimes it's btter to use the foes list. it's there for a reason. i know there is good in each and every one of you so why not show it to the rest. there is no dishonour in being the bigger person.
