New V Finally reaches UK : )

Just watched the fist 2 episodes and its looking very good so far, I think the original ships looked better and I miss the strange voices they had but mostly sticking to the original plot with a few nice tweeks and some better acting
Hope they still do the eating mice whole thing, loved that when I watched the original as a kid

Sci Fi showed the 1st 2 episodes last night, sure they will be repeated during the week. And you will recognise the V leader from SG, a proper hottie

Indeed. Nice to see a couple of firefly peeps on the show
If you've got Sky, its on TV anytime until tommorrow I think....

Usually I would agree, but the old V does look horrible dated, it was a great idea and story but the acting was terrible much like Battlestar Galactica. I hope this will be as good as the Battlestar remake.

Decent show. Fortunately for those in the UK, the show aired 4 episodes and then took a long break... so you guys aren't that far behind us in the US. I was a definite fan of the original miniseries. It definitely looks majorly outdated when you compare it to the new series. I'm very glad to see Alan Tudyk and Morena Baccarin in a series again... although Tudyk is only shown sporadically and as hot as Morena is, I'm not a fan of the short hair.
