I think the **Filtered** lie about it to make you pay for an account
it depends on how many pics you upload and link to.
if you have alot of highly viewed images, it's easier to exceed your bandwidth, than if you have only a couple images.

Photobucket just randomly implies all sorts of random crap in my opinion.
Either way? I use imageshack. It doesn't constrain.
Photobucket reminds me of MegaVideo. 72 minutes? Get the hell out of here. I used to love MegaVideo. Now? I avoid it like the plague unless I have to use it.
