what does that mean?

Your natural bank size is your bank size without applied bonuses (from trading an MT for 10% increase, or buying Supporter Statuses).

That is, according to the "help.php":

Bank Capacity: 75% of Natural Income x 48 x 2 (ie 1.5 days of natural income).
