Promised planet not given

*3 market turns can be used to make a planet - it might be a 0 stat (rare), 1 stat (common) or 2 stat planet (rare), and each stat is random. It will be a tiny planet.

Guess what. Fresh back from an hiatus I have been scammed by Jason. I have no other word for it; spending 3 market turns following the promise of a "tiny" planet and I get an "above average". I wanted a "tiny" planet. If I wanted an "above average" planet I'd have captured one. I read the updates and nowhere is the promise of a tiny planet revoked.

A waste and I should have known better than to trust Jason's own promise.

Listing as an account issue as it is not what is promised. I would like to see this malformed planet taken back, and my market turns returned.

It might be a good idea to listen, this time.

When this feature was introduced, it was presented as a means to create planets, create diversity. These planets would be "tiny" planets, and I planned on having one, which is why I used the feature, trusting the Updates page, which I have quoted.
If you can point me to the page or thread where Jason revokes this promise of a "tiny" planet I'll be happy to let this slide. But, I don't see you do that.

Jason has changed it... few months ago I created a planet, and it was either above average or large... can't remember. Anyway, it isn't standard tiny anymore

You're saying Jason just forgot to add that tidbit of information to the updates. That's just typical; but, it's not in the updates, so it's a broken promise, and I'll get my "tiny" planet.
Support must remember me, Sue's still there?

How could they possibly forget you?

Use ALL market turns (3 quantities) to make a planet. The outcome is always a suprise...

The bold bit does seem to suggest that you can't expect anything certain when pressing that button ;)

Go read it, that way when the new updates come in they wont be a surprise and we wont have to listen to you.

Scammed, lol, stop talking out of your ass. it's not Jason's fault you can't read properly, or take the time to read.

lol I have a word for it, infact I have TWO words for it..... USER ERROR.

yes user error.... now let's see here.... you logged in to your account, you clicked on to your Market page, then right next to the text that says:
Use ALL market turns (3 quantities) to make a planet. The outcome is always a suprise...
you clicked the button to make a planet. The text before the button is there for you to read so that you know what you are doing and what you are getting when clicking on that button. Nowhere does it say in that text it will be a tiny planet.

You have no grounds for a complaint, and to call Jason a scammer because you are too bone idle to read is laughable. Good day to your sir.
