Hi there,

I've been enjoying reading the forums getting some interesting and useful insights into mechanics and the characters in the community. It's good to be in the company of warped and quirky folk.

Being new to the game (less than 2 weeks), of course I have a few questions that I can't figure out through trial and error or reading through the forums. I'm trying to find info on :

1. Calculating how equipped my MS needs to be to take a planet with 12 billion defense.
Is there a calculator or spreadsheet that i haven't found? There seem to be a few variables involved and i'm not sure i've got the full picture.

So far Lego calc. and Agapooka's have been helpful, but not really specific to compromising defences.

2. A definitive way to determine if an account is inactive. So far i check their UU against their UP to days how many days away from game, also how much naq they've got sitting out and how many AT's they have. I don't know how reliable looking at AT is, it seems everyone has between 4997 and 5000?
Any tips to save me being unintentionally hostile.will be appreciated both by me and the poor souls I pillage. (intentionally hostility comes later when i'm out of diapers )

I don't expect anyone to waste their time explaining it to me, just some cut and paste or a link or two if they exist.

inactives normally have 0 def with 4997-5000 AT out

anything over page 200 and your in the inactive range bout 90% will be the other 10% are active players keeping a low rank to raid

1. i have no direct calculator. but there are alot of planets out there with zero def that are quite good. but id say the best way to take one is to have about 3/4 their def but i think the min is below that.

2. Inactive accounts yea its full turns is prob the best way liek you stated its right around 5k and if you have the means to attack them do so the only reason they shoudl get upset is when you attack them quite often or take alot from them ( a few trill ) but army size is also a good way but not always definitive. casue large players quit sometimes.
