First of all.. we didn't declare a war on your entire alliance. Our visit tonite was in response to solmyr's unprovoked wave of attacks on my alliance, planet theft, extortion plot, and blackmail scheme.

He has been hiding on PPT since. He has since threatened members of my alliance and attacked another member. HE brought this to YOUR door. HE made YOU bear the consequences of HIS actions. I am looking out for my alliance. He left us no choice but to take this stance.

I sent each of you a msg letting you know EXACTLY why we visited tonite.. and that there will be no further aggression from us... except.. against solmyr.. whom I've been waiting almost a WEEK to catch off PPT.

Furthermore.. you act in your msg as if you battled back and stole that 6T b/c you were defending yourself. You neglected to mention that you jumped on PPT during rather than defending yourself.... msg'd my 2IC asking why we were doing this... then, when he'd mistakenly taken out 10T rather than 1T to repair.. you swooped off PPT, took the NAQ, and jumped right back on again. Then you msg'd him that you were being "kind" by leaving him some.

Let me be clear... I have no problem with you or anyone else in your alliance EXCEPT solmyr... and would rather have dealt with him.. however.. HE started this and CONTINUES to do so... then jumps on PPT and leaves the rest of you out there. HE is the one you should be upset with.

Also.. when he did this initially... he was with another alliance... he only joined you AFTER his aggressive stance toward us. Perhaps, he was looking for protection?

Regardless -- I have stated my position in the msg I sent your alliance members. We will not show further aggression toward you unless provoked again. And I have also said I would be open to diplomatic talks for restitution. Send solmyr out to answer for HIS ACTIONS...

Solmyr didn't join a new alliance after doing the planet theft. Ominous merged with another alliance to form pandemonium. Secondly out of all the people to mass in the alliance you chose Matty? Probably not the best idea as he may be on PPT now but he will be off soon . Good luck to all and have fun Matty

you forget one thing. if there was one person you didnt want to fight in Pandemonium it was me.

matty update the thread name to sol + matty. as of now as Foreign Affairs this is a personal vendetta matty has chosen to join in on. Pandemoniums officail current stance is they are leaving it to me. this is oending a discussion on our forums.

i have over 24hrs of ppt left, but ill be cutting it short when i get on the computer next. you wont be getting your planet back and your other 3 100k+ UPS dont look very safe either daesey. as for extortion, i didnt, im not going to bore everyone with the details of convos, people here know me well enoug to know im not an extorter, in fact i lead a large front against them.

I have been asking and asking when can I have some fun... So this is your first and only warning since you gave me 1.

Touch me again and there will be trouble I don't care what the matter is. Then it will be called Matty vs Solmyr and 300zx versus TWE Warlords.

I don't have an issue with ANYONE in your alliance except solmyr... HE started this... take it up with him.

HE was the aggressor... I am reacting to HIS attack. HE chose to hide on PPT and be sneaky in the middle of the night with his attacks.

As I said --- there will be no further aggression toward anyone else unless provoked. Next time... don't steal someone's planet, try to sell it back to them... try to get Naq from them by saying that if I pay you, you won't tattle on the forums about my planets... don't threaten others in my alliance... and don't attack us. You're getting what YOU put out.

as for being sneaky in the night with his attacks... You realize not everyone stays awake during the day or lives in the same timezone...

After he stole the planet and offered to sell it back to me (or else he'd sell it here b/c he needed the Naq for UP production), he then tried to blackmail me into giving him Naq for not giving out planet info here.

After this... I showed him not ONE OUNCE of aggression, nor his alliance. Then, he gets off PPT last night.. hits me (an understable naq hit -- there was a lot out there) and then starts beating on one of my alliance members.

Someone like this... you give in once... what's to stop them from doing it again? Or to someone else? And suppose he keeps blackmailing for more Naq to keep quiet?

I'm not in the wrong here... this was sneaky and vile... anyone else would have felt the same.

I have all the attack logs, msgs, and proof. If anyone in his alliance is interested... I'd be happy to furnish it.

Regardless of how hard they will be beaten, and that is likely with The Confederacy after them, it is clear to all that TWE Warlords will not submit to bullying. Good, point has been made.

Exactly the point I was trying to make, Juliette. Since taking over TWE, I am tired of seeing insidious dealings under the guise of fair gameplay.

I'm mad as hell, and I'm not gonna take it anymore.

I've had planets stolen and been massed to bits.. and I would have probably chalked this up to gameplay...

But when he tries to extort Naq for my own stuff and then blackmail me for his silence.. I'm sorry, but I can't abide by that behavior.

I gave him terms to end this.. he mocked them.

We took our stand. We did it w/out stealing planets and didn't involve officers. As far as I'm concerned... I just wanted him to understand that you can't behave like this and think we're just going to roll over and take it.

I was willing to negotiate... HE is the one looking for WAR.

Quit using the word extort out of it's meaning. He didn't say give me naq or I take the rest of your planets... He offered you the option to buy back your planet without retaliation.

As for the blackmail I will give you that asking for resources for silence sucks.

Obsidian - Extort: to obtain from a person by force, intimidation, or undue or illegal power

When someone says to you.. I stole this from you, now I will sell it for 150B or you can have it back for 100B b/c I need the Naq for raw UP.. that IS extortion... oh, and if you're a good sport about it, i'll keep quiet on the rest of your planets.

Here were my terms:

1) I want my planet back.

If you have foolishly chose to discard it or sell it... I want a Naq restitution.

2) I want you to IMMEDIATELY CEASE all present and future aggression toward myself or my alliance.

This includes selling the whereabouts of planets. Seriously.. If you really needed Naq --- I would have GIVEN it to you. I'm VERY generous to my friends. It didn't have to get to this point. Violence begets violence.

3) There should be NO retaliation for our visit tonite from your alliance.

This was in response to YOUR actions. If you had never chose to do this, none of this would have happened. If you had not hid on PPT since last week (and yes, I know you ascended)... then jumped off last night to hit me (not upset about that.. it was a decent legal naq hit, but you didn't have to beat on Massatsu) --- NONE of this would have happened.

4) An apology

All "war" settings will go back to neutral and I vow no further aggression from my end as long as your end holds the same.
