Unable to Recive Auto Emails

High i havnt played in about 1-2 years now and felt the urge to get back into the game, now i already got help recovering my data for my main account, but for quantum its been about 2 days (time they say should take) and i havnt heard back.
The issue was that i clicked that i forgot my info i did the normal automated steps to recover it but i never got the emails that it sends, i checked the spam folder as well. i figured maybe that the account gets deleted (for quantum) after so long of inactivity, so i went to make a new one, but i never got that email either. i was hoping to get into the upcoming error at the start. otherwise i would jsut wait alittle longer for email.
i use a Yahoo email account if that info is needed.
