we all heard about the economical crisis in greece.
and we all know that the prices for vacations there are likely to fall very steeply in the next couple of month.
of course, greece needs money, and tourism is a wonderful source of income for a country.
so, i find my self contemplating a vacation in greece, and can't help but wondering:
am i taking advantage of a crippled economy, or participating in the effort to re-build it?

kinda both did you want to go to greece in the first place or did you decide that it is so cheap to go ahead and do it

Or it can be neither, just you wanting a holiday and taking one for the sakes because it is cheaper.

Don't go.

I am already going.
Anyway. You know, if you are contemplating going, better make arrangements quickly, because these prices.. they will only go up. :-D (And if they by some miracle don't, you can say you have supported the Greek economy, indeed.)

And I went there with my university already.
So I'm another person who supported greek economy. :-D

No. There were no public issues then. Just a few loose-brained ijits.

Greece is beautiful, maybe not the women but the scenery. Why do you beleive your taking advantage when you are saving money. Supply and demand hitch, they need money so they lower the price, no real ethical debate in my mind.
