...is attacking with 12 AT per attack more effective than a 15 AT attacks???

I see a lot of people doing so I`m just wondering if it has any effect at all or what is with that?

not true

If you have declared war with them then you get the same amount (all) of naq.

But it's a random % when not at war now. Sometimes you get it all, most times you do not.
