when you buy uu or at how would you give the person the naq/uu/at in return ad how would you get yours in return?

You use the trade broker. For this you need Full Supporter Status. You get FSS in one of 3 ways:
1. Buy a Supporter Status Package for $$ (Market Section).
2. Trade 1,001 G&R for Supporter Status (Market Section).
3. Ascend.
Once you have Full Supporter Status, you never lose it.
