Can't log into my ascended account.

OK, so. About 2 years ago I was given an account. And I was stupid. And never changed the ascended accounts email. Now, I just started playing again after being inactive for 6 months, and I have forgotten the password to the ascended account and can't do an email check to get it. Can someone help me?
