Auto banned for Negative naq

I was in an online battle, and got hit while I was repairing mothership. I had about -13 bil naq. Now I can't log in anymore, and I dunno if my mothership is toast

Oh well, it happens. Is my account still destroyable at this point, or is it in some Cheater's safe-haven now, lol.

Is there any way I can know when to expect my account back? Or at least a PPT so i don't have to be ganged when I don't know when to log in :/
