im at uni and cant get the screenshot up but basically i have a message i cannot open
~LordRse~ Kharizma -------------- (that bit is all black, i cant click on "subject" to open it 00:00 reply delete save

Sender Blocked. To unblock you must unblock ALL blocked users.

Message cap does not prevent you from opening and reading messages.
When you get to message cap and you try and send a message it says you have reached the quota for sending messages, but it doesn't prevent you opening them.
