Now people may argue that people do have accounts on vacation mode whilst they play an account.

However, I have known people in the past to get in trouble and also get banned for placing their main account on vacation mode for the purpose of creating a fresh account using a different name to play and do what they want and then when finished with that account they delete it and bring their main account out of vacation mode and then no-one is the wiser about who that other account is. Yes I have seen people banned for this before.

This is what ~winter soldier~ did with the _Avatar_ account.

I have had many MSN convos in the past where I have believed it was winter soldier only to find out it was his wife. After I confronted her about it a long time ago she said she sometimes responds like that if winter soldier is not around to see if it is important. Although it is incredibly difficult to proof, I suspect they do similar things with their ingame accounts.

Anyway, it clearly shows above that ~winter soldier~ cheated. He placed 1970093 on vacation, created 1973416, played with it, deleted it, brought 1970093 out of vacation.

His wife's account is also : tribal heart - id 1910444

Even though _Avatar_ was deleted these accounts should still be checked out atleast.

1-playing an account
2-vac for unknown reasons [probs wars etc]
3-meantime build a new account as a "resource" holder [if the order it right lol]
4-merging the resources to the old one, deleting the new one.

i dont see the big deal hes not a rule violator or a multi under nothing does it say u cant have 2 accounts i know many people who have several accounts under vac mode

think of it this way, if I can go and vacation my account. Make a new one for a month or two, go strip some planets and delete no one would know its me and I could just go back to my old account. Rinse and Repeat...

Indeed. There's a reason why there is a limit to how long you can do this.

seen it in PP b4.. I know of atleast two in there that have done it.. sorry Clarkey I reported one but was told if one of the accounts was on vac then it didn't matter.. (it wasn't though, just sat in the ranks until the owner switched back to it).

I don't think WS did anything wrong in this instance as he only had 1 account active at a time.

this makes me sick to see this ive played this game for almost 5 years just getting ready to quit the game for good gets his name flung through the mud

you Forum comunity mostly the people who should mind their own business usually tend to over exagerate the situation as he did create a 2nd account but has not used it to his own gain or anything .

and you guys posting and looking down on him please get it in ur head that this game is on its last knee's and driving people away for these stupid things is just going to screw it over even worse.

I'm not looking down on him, I am giving my opinion on the situation
this is no different than any other thread about someone possibly breaking the games rules

even WS himself has reported people in the past, it is the duty of the gamers to report suspicions if they are credible so that the game remains fair. Would you play a game full of cheats?

Just because his account didn't gain anything doesn't matter, he did admit that he created it to annoy another player specifically. I am sorry Winter but that is my opinion on it. As your quitting it doesn't matter anyway since you will be free of this place (*is a bit envious*). I hope admin clears ya, I really do mate

That may be, but I know for a fact that adminMark personally email someone for this exact same thing once warning them that their account is being placed on a watch/flag list and if it happens again they will be banned.

I don't care if WS has been around for 5 years.. doesn't mean he has a right to create a new account to piss someone off and hide behind the name. He knew what he was doing, so man up and accept it. Jason is aware of this, the decision is ultimately his, whether he looks at it or does anything is another question.... a question that no-one else can answer.

The only reason WS is pissed is because he's been convinced for a long time that I dislike him and his wife (oh but you're not married though are you), but no matter how much i tell him it's not personal, "it's what I do" (i.e. report potential cheats) he convinces himself otherwise. Like I said, you did what you did knowingly so man up and accept that it's been reported.
