ok simple where do i buy mercs? or do i have to get them from my high ups?
and yes i used teh search button came back with 300 pages or non useful info..

and now wondering if no attack/defense mercs, how do you get untrained mercs, trained?
have to buy em or can one train them>?

You cannot train untrained mercs, to get attack or defence mercs, you have to wait until some become available, though im not sure how that works exactly.

each turn the merc market refills you have to be quick for some reason people BUY them in bulk
