it is their business, do you agree with donating organs upon death?
because that also waves certain medical intervention, one could perceive as allowing you to die, regardless of reason it is the same imo. So no, that does not change my perspective on it

and the fair gaming they do to people outside the religion

i pretty much have a philosophy, you dont preach to me, i wont tell you your religion is stupid.

but since no-one is preaching here...my opinion of the church of Scientology is pretty bad, this is based entirely on the story's i have heard, and documentary's i have seen.

i have heard cases of people being put to work in the church headquarters/offices for 20-25 hours, and then being made to clean out dumpsters, by jumping in and scrubbing ect. once occasion i remember seeing on a documentary was a 14 year old girl

i also dont like the extensive money needed for their "cleansing" or what ever they call it. the extreme costs involved. but then again, its like gate wars, some will spend a heap on the game, others none.

i also heard about a case where the courts ordered files to be handed over, so the church sent the files to other country's and kept bouncing them around

the fact the founder of the church was a fiction writer, and the ships looked similar to certain aircraft.

with the above said, im not sure if they are fully bad, or its just bad media. and the extensive media it got from the anonymous protests, and the denial of service attacks it received

And even worse, those $$$ are made out of scamming & brainwashing.
Quite different amount given than the weekly donation to church or something. We don't talk about 5-10 or 20$/€ per week or so, we talk about whole money one has. All the cash be it thousands, or hundred of thousands of $/€ people possess is thru brainwash and seducive moves scammed out of the followers.
And few realize some day they got scammed and got expelled like they are crap. Saying people outside are enemies, and that you have to stop seeing your relatives if they aren't in the group.

In short, it's a sect.

Careful kiddies we'll all become targets for this particular corporation if we're not careful in what we say.

They arent exactly short of lawyers or money to throw lawsuits around with, not to mention other unsavoury practises like blackmail / harrassment / kidnapping / assassination & many others.



Now i've got that out of the way, dont you just love a cult that gets all pissy at the ord 'cult'. Its like a red rag to a bull, best way to get their members arrested for assualt is to goad them about how they are a cult then when they pyshically attack you (as they 100% will) simply have them sent down
