Well as title says i think i somehow managed to lose my SS.

This tuesday i noticed one strange thing but didnt put lot of attention to it, but am thinking that it might be somehow related so i will tell about it.

On tuesday, when i wanted to go on protection in the market i could choose only protection option from the In return for select box And because it was what i needed i didnt cared about. And from yesterday the market is working normally again. But I cant send any resources directly nor i can use private trade brokers now. It says:

To the Private Trade Broker (Not Fully Available Yet to you...)

And when i go to it, i can put resources i am giving but cant request anything from others.

By the way in command center page now it says
[DC]D3ath {Market Supporter Status}
dont remember what it was saying before and what it should say for me to be able to trade resources normally.

Dont know if anyone else is having such problems so posting in this section, but if it is more suitable to bugs section or somewhere else, mods can move it to the proper place.

Also if you need any additional info just ask and i will provide it.

If you have 1000 G&R, you can buy SS for them.


If not, email admin.


I fear the option 1 is faster

well thats the problem i will have them very soon, but i was planing to ascend with them and just dont wanna give them away and wait for at least 4 more days to acquire another 1000 points for ascencion.

well today when i had more then 1000 G&R points i noticed that i cant get full supporter status with those points, probably i got it sometime earlier and it says that you can get it just once.

So anyone knows how to contact admin, or when next admin meeting will be, cause i really need to sort it out as fast as possible.

I thought when you ascend it grants you full ss anyway?

It does.. but if he cant broker his stuff away...he'd loose everything excluding his lifers..so it would defeat the purpose.

This is very odd. I wouldnt be tempted to even try and ascend to get your ss back, in fear of the fact it probally wouldnt give it too you. Very odd this.

You'l have to speak to admin, any fix ingame that you can think of could just make it worse or end in disaster for your account.

id imagine its taking awhile for them to fix it cause they are trying to duplicate the error in order to get rid of it. cant really say as Im not the admins but Id imagine this to be the case.

I have already sent two emails to gameadmin@stargatewars.com and didnt got any replies, so will be sending another email after i come back home later today. Just this time i will try my luck with this email address urgent@StarGateWars.com. If anyone knows a better and faster way to contact admin, let me know. And yeah i am not even considering to ascend till i get my supporter status again, cause dont wanna lose millions of uu just for it. And like buck said, its still not sure that ascending will give SS back.
