Auto-Banned :(

I was auto-banned, and don't know why?
From reading a couple of the other posts, I guess I was banned for negative naq, if possible.
Can you guys fix this for me.
Ingame name is Tealc2020.
I don't know my ingame ID off hand.
And I have not emailed the admin, let me know if I should.
