so far it has killed the game.

allowing it was a mistake and trying to fix that mistake lead to others. i know the GW isnt responsible of that market but yet it is the case of the sunk process

BAN the currency market officially

If it's the ingame one, NO.

If it's the forum one...I don't care.

Not going to happen.
What you could try is a boycot.. but that's likely to be all you'll be able to pull off. ;)

Good luck.

The problem with the $ market crash happened when Admin decided to match the in-game Black Market prices to what was being offered in the forums. In turn, the forum $ market had to lower it's prices. This went back and forth until we got to where we are today... too many resources that come way too cheap. The game would haven't gotten this out of hand this quickly had admin not decided to get a piece of the action.

im inclined to agree with max.
the onyl way to really restore the game woudl be to have a reset.
each new updates pulls some1 up n some1 down theres no real balance anymore and jason is desperate to find 1. sadly i dont think its possible.

But how would that work in terms of repayments. You don't go removing things people have payed for. And refunding would be almost impossible

It's very simple to deal with that: The game takes no responsability for the trades made on other market than the ingame market ($ or non $) and that is stated with red in the market - the administration can then decide to compensate ONLY for the trades done with the game system. The actual accounts are NOT property of the players, they are property of the Kingdom Games as part of the game and i think there is something about that in the ToS... In other words, that can be done without much fuss if it is intended to really fix the game by restarting.

There is one problem though -it is stated that main is a non-reset game -

Maybe, but think about this. I bought a dual, and lost it. Do i get the money for NOT having it? Or does the person that took it get the money?
