Market turns and AT

Use 1 market turn in exchange for 3,750 non-transferrable turns...
This is on beta but will it be on the main server?
Question is what will happen to the market ie will the uu go considerably high in naq and that?
Not to mention the alliance wars and random massings.
What are everybodys thoughts on this?
Also if this is in the wrong section please move it as i hardly post a topic like this so...and again apologies if theirs a topic already about this.
