so what does a Planetary Mobile Defence Platforms do...is it just to put extra def on a planet...

It is the first line of defence before you attack a planet.

You have to take out the platforms before you can take the planet.

it puts defences on a planet, that CANNOT be seen by a recon.. its handy because it can be moved around from planet to planet, and early on they are far cheaper to build defences on if you have a monsterous or mind blowing sized planet

ok but when you put def on the platform, is there anyway to sell the deff from the platform

Someone I know was using their planet defenses as a way to store naq (they had a small bank space). They could sell the defense and get the naq back.

Is that what you're planning to do buddy? Risky idea but in the case of defense platforms, it wont work.

They stay with you after ascension so atleast you dont have to buy them again

well i was woundering if i could sell the deff just in case i wanted to sell the planet.....but is there anything more i should know about planetary mobile defence platforms

Move it to another planet before selling that planet.
