no planets
no out side help.
must have a 200bill def at all times(can be changed if u want to talk about it)
ascended if u like dont matter to me
Will be a 5 day war

i thought this was a war competition
not a dance of like dancing with the stars
anyway both side has there reasons for this i suppose both valid
CC will judge the dancing
